To Help Visionaries Succeed

Welcome! I’m so glad you stopped by.

If you’re a nonprofit leader, you’re likely someone who pours your heart into making a difference. You’re focused on your mission, your community, and the people you serve—often while stretching every dollar to make the biggest impact possible.  I see you. I understand the importance of your mission.

You know that things like IRS filings, internal controls, and financial reporting are important—but they’re not why you got into this work. That’s where I come in.

My mission is to help nonprofit organizations build an effective operational systems that provide peace of mind. With the right structure in place, compliance becomes not just a requirement, but a valuable tool—freeing leaders to focus on what matters most: your impact.

How We'll Work Together

Here’s a three-step collaborative approach I use to help nonprofits strengthen operational systems:

Step 1: Understand Where You Are

Step 2: Co-Create the Right Plan

We begin with a thoughtful assessment—through conversations and observations—to uncover what’s working well and where there’s opportunity to change. Together, we’ll explore key areas like:

  • People: Are the right individuals in the right roles? Is your team the right size to support your mission?

  • Reporting Process: Are your internal controls appropriate for your organization’s size? Is your monthly close process timely and accurate?

  • Technology: Is the organization using an efficient mix of tools, or is it burdened by an excess of apps and subscriptions?

  • Oversight: How is your board supporting governance, strategy, and financial stewardship?

Next, we’ll collaborate to design solutions that fit your organization’s unique needs. Whether it’s a focused project or a multi-year roadmap, we’ll build a clear, actionable plan and present it to your board for approval.

Step 3: Build to Sustain Your Future

Once we have a plan, I’ll help you implement the changes and provide ongoing support. Deliverables may include:

  • Improved financial reporting and regulatory filing processes

  • Stronger internal controls

  • Documented policies and procedures

  • Flowcharts and decision trees

  • Training materials and templates

  • Tools for accountability, like issue logs and KPIs

  • Tailored workshops

  • Ongoing support to keep things running smoothly

Values That Guide My Work

I believe that how we work together matters just as much as what we accomplish. These are the values I strive to live by in every partnership:

  • Respect – I treat others the way I’d want to be treated—with kindness, consideration, and integrity.

  • Compassion – I lead with empathy, knowing that everyone is navigating their own journey. I aim to listen deeply and avoid assumptions.

  • Professionalism – I show up prepared, communicate clearly, and bring a thoughtful blend of experience, education, and modern tools to every engagement.

  • Transparency – I value honesty and openness. I share both good and challenging news promptly, maintain confidentiality, and believe in sharing knowledge generously.

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Kacy Fuller—a CPA licensed in Arizona and California, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I earned my B.A. from UCLA in 1995 and began my career at KPMG, where I gained a strong foundation in financial and operational best practices. Over the years, I’ve worked across industries like banking, ecommerce, hospitality, and public accounting firms.

But my heart belongs to the nonprofit world.

I started Fuller Results, PLLC, to support mission-driven leaders who are doing incredible work in their communities. My goal is to help you build strong, sustainable systems that make your operations smoother and your impact even greater.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Scott, watching K-dramas, crocheting cute creations, golfing, or volunteering in our community. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why I do what I do.
